Gun Show Checkering Refresh

In this project, I refreshed the checkering on a vintage gunstock for a customer preparing to showcase it at an upcoming gun show. The original checkering had worn down over time, losing its grip and aesthetic appeal. I carefully re-cut the checkering pattern, enhancing both its texture and visual impact while preserving the integrity of the stock. The revitalized look not only improved functionality but also made the piece stand out at the show, drawing attention from fellow enthusiasts and collectors. The customer was thrilled with the transformation and excited to present the beautifully restored gunstock.
